Building and landscaping

Two independent private residential developments with swimming pool, gardens, children’s play area, common room and caretaker service.

Each building has 10 floors above ground level and two basement levels where the storerooms and garage parking spaces are located.

Types and distribution

All the properties have 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, with terraces and separate living rooms.

The various property types are located on the ground floor with 150 m2 gardens, upper floors (1st to 7th) with 6 m2 terraces, semi-duplex properties (8th floor) with 18 m2 terraces and duplex lofts (on the 9th and 10th floors) with 35 m2 solarium terraces.
