Commercialization and acquisition of New Cooperative Housing

If you’re looking for a new home but can’t find one you like or it’s outside your budget, Prygesa offers you the opportunity to access cooperative housing.

Take advantage of the opportunities provided by these new construction homes at a lower cost.

If you’re interested in purchasing this type of housing, here are their features:

Cooperative Housing

Housing cooperatives are non-profit associations of people who share the need for a home and who join together to access it under the best possible conditions of quality and cost. The goal is to obtain a home at the cost of construction, as the developer’s profit is eliminated, resulting in significant savings.

At Prygesa, we have professionals in all areas to answer your questions and manage the project comprehensively and transparently.

Pre-register for a cooperative project and wait for other equally interested people to start the construction (in case it is not yet started or in execution).

Until you receive the keys and depending on the amount foreseen for the mortgage, you will make different payments through an Initial Payment and monthly installments until the Handover of Keys. Keep in mind that 10% VAT must be added to each payment, and the 10% VAT on the remaining mortgage amount.

You will be able to participate in important project decisions, and when the complex is completed, you will enjoy the home of your dreams.

Publicly Protected Housing

Publicly Protected Housing is offered at a price below market value, and each Autonomous Community establishes by regulation the requirements that must be met to access them, as well as the characteristics that the properties must have in terms of maximum surface area, maximum sale price, and the period for which the protection is maintained.

Generally, to access this type of housing, interested parties must prove that their income does not exceed certain limits. Additionally, it must be verified that they do not own another home and that the home they are acquiring will be their primary residence.

It is important to note that Publicly Protected Housing can also be cooperative housing.
