Types and distribution

All homes will have a similar layout consisting of 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The different typologies refer to ground floor properties with private garden, properties on intermediate floors (1st through 5th floors), duplex properties with terrace (4th and 5th floors), and duplex penthouses with terrace (6th and 7th floors)

All properties are very luminous and are guaranteed to have easy ventilation along the day regardless their situation on the building.

The common feature of all the properties is that they have 2 bathrooms. One of them will form part of the master bedroom as an en suite, while the other will be independent and accessible from the hallway.

All properties have a torage room and 1 or 2 parking slots assigned, depending on housing.

Payment method

  • Pre-enrollment: FIVE HUNDRED EURO (500.-€).
    This amount will be added to the Social Capital for the Cooperative once the candidate is admitted as a member by the Executive Committee and he complies with all the necessary requisites. This Pre-enrollment expense is not included in the estimate cost of the development.
  • UNTIL THE PROPERTY DELIVERY: 10% of the cost of the VPPL plus VAT* will be payed through a down-payment upon signing the Adhesion Contract to the Cooperative, monthly payments starting at 300 euro plus VAT*, and a single extra payment starting at 730 euro plus VAT*. Payments will be made through direct deposit.

*All quantities (except for the Pre-enrollment amount) will be adjusted according to the VAT applicable at the time of making each payment. Current applicable VAT: 10%.

The expected mortgage VAT will be payed upon signing the property’s Deed of Adjudication.
